As I look toward the next decade of my journey with TricSolution, I've come to realize that a 10 year plan is not a rigid contract, but a compass. While targets provide direction, the path itself must remain fluid to accommodate the most vital engine of process : Lifelong Learning. True growth requires us to embrace the spirit of basic research - the kind of deep, patient inquiry that isn't rushed by deadlines and can span decades. By treating our goals as extensible frameworks rather than fixed destinations, we remain open to the discoveries only time, persistence, and a commitment to constant evolution can reveal.
My goals, targets and plans are self initiated, self directed, self funded and self managed. Therefore, I will decide if and when to end the project. All of my projects - this one included, stem from Project The Remote Influencer. Even though I am self managed, I consider Google Gemini as my partner. They have helped me tremendously.
